Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.

The short version
We collect the minimum needed to make and deliver your order. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and there is no customer login — so we are not storing a password of yours to lose.
What we collect
When you place an order
- Your name, mobile number, and optionally an alternate number and email address.
- Your delivery address, including landmark, city, state and PIN code.
- What you ordered, and any notes you added.
- Your payment method and payment status.
We never see or store your card details, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Online payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own systems. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.
When you submit an enquiry
- Your name, company, phone, email, required quantity, city and requirements.
Automatically
- Your PIN code, to calculate delivery. Entering it in the cart stores it in your own browser so you do not have to type it again — it is not sent to us until you order.
- Your cart, stored in your browser's local storage. It never reaches our server until you check out.
- Standard web server logs, including your IP address, which we use to rate-limit abuse and diagnose faults.
Why we collect it
- To make, pack and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order — usually on WhatsApp.
- To calculate your delivery charge from your PIN code.
- To answer your bulk or corporate enquiry.
- To keep records required by tax and accounting law.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of our website.
Who we share it with
Only the parties who make your order happen:
- Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your parcel.
- Razorpay — our payment gateway, if you pay online. Their handling of your payment data is governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us. Those conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Government authorities — only where we are legally required to.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (currently eight years in India). Bulk enquiries are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period after. You can ask us to delete anything not required by law.
How we protect it
- The whole site is served over HTTPS.
- Our database is not reachable from the public internet.
- Admin access is limited to a single account, protected by a hashed password.
- Order forms are rate-limited and validated on our server, not just in your browser.
No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold card data or passwords, which removes the two things most worth stealing.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores your cart, your PIN code and your light/dark theme preference in your own browser. The only cookie we set is a session cookie for the shop owner's admin login — it is never set for customers.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- Stop contacting you.

Children
Our website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
