Delivery charges

Your delivery charge is calculated automatically at checkout from your PIN code, the total weight of your order, and whether you pay online or by Cash on Delivery. There are no hidden charges added later.

Paying online costs less to ship. Prepaid orders earn free delivery in Gujarat from 1kg and a lower per-kilogram rate everywhere else. Cash on Delivery carries a single flat rate nationwide, which also covers the courier's cash-handling fee.

Paying online (UPI, card, net banking or wallet)

• Gujarat, 1kg or more — free delivery, anywhere in the state.
• Gujarat, under 1kg — a flat ₹100.
• Rest of India — ₹100 per kilogram, charged per started kilogram.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available everywhere in India, Gujarat included, at a flat ₹150 per kilogram, charged per started kilogram. There is no free-delivery slab on Cash on Delivery — an order under 1kg still pays ₹150.

Both rates are charged per started kilogram, so anything up to 1kg counts as one kilogram:

Note that Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli share Gujarat's PIN code range but are charged at the rest-of-India rate.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Every order is made fresh for you rather than picked from stock, so we time your batch to your order.

• Gujarat: typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: typically 4–7 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during festivals, and in remote areas or during weather disruption. If your order is running late, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase the courier.

Order tracking

Once your parcel is handed to the courier we add the tracking number to your order. Check it any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the mobile number you ordered with.

Packaging

Everything is sealed in food-grade, airtight packaging and boxed to survive the journey. If your order arrives damaged, photograph it before opening further and contact us within 48 hours — see our refund policy.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your address and PIN code at checkout. We cannot change an address once a parcel has been handed to the courier, and a parcel returned because of a wrong address will need the delivery charge paid again to re-send.
