1. Who we are

This website is operated by Jamnagari Kachori®, Central Bank, Vaniya Vaad Road, Ichhani Fali, Jamnagar, Gujarat 361001, India. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Jamnagari Kachori®.

By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Our products

Everything we sell is freshly made food, prepared in small batches to order. All our products are 100% vegetarian.

Because each batch is handmade, small variations in size, colour and appearance are normal and are not a defect. Product photographs are of our own products but are illustrative.

Allergens: our products contain wheat, and several contain nuts and dairy (ghee). They are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, so we cannot guarantee any product is free of traces. Ingredients are listed on every product page. If you have a food allergy, please check with us before ordering — and if you are in any doubt, do not order.

3. Prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Delivery is charged separately and calculated at checkout from your PIN code and order weight. See our shipping policy.
• We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
• If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it. We will always contact you first.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if:

• We cannot deliver to your PIN code.
• The order appears fraudulent, or is an abuse of an offer.
• There was an obvious error in the price or product description.
• Events outside our control prevent us from making or delivering it.

Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because of an address you entered incorrectly.

5. Payment

• Online payment is processed by Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We never receive or store your card or banking credentials.
• Cash on Delivery is available across India. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.
• If a payment fails but money leaves your account, it is normally reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. Contact us with your order number and we will help.
• Bulk and corporate orders may require an advance payment, agreed with your quote.

6. Delivery

Delivery times shown on this site are estimates, not guarantees, and begin from dispatch rather than from when you order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our shipping policy.

7. Storage and shelf life

Store your order as described on the product page — a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Our kachori is best within 20–25 days of manufacture and our dryfruit punch within 30–40 days. We are not responsible for a product that has spoiled because it was stored other than as instructed.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: fresh food cannot be returned, but anything damaged, wrong or of poor quality is replaced or refunded if you tell us within 48 hours.

9. Using this website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to place fraudulent orders.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Scrape, copy or republish our content, photography or product copy without consent.
• Interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to overwhelm it.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our name, logo, photography, product descriptions and design — belongs to Jamnagari Kachori® and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not use it commercially without our written consent.

11. Liability

We take the quality and safety of our food seriously. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your rights under India's Consumer Protection Act 2019 are unaffected.

12. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, courier failures, power or internet outages, epidemics, or government action.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamnagar, Gujarat.
